His experience includes managing a multimillion-dollar sales office with more than 20 salespeople as owner/broker as well as managing the construction of over 1000 homes; including new homes, remodeling jobs and insurance jobs. Ferdie Murphy is a member of the Miami County Home Builders Association. He has served as president as well as a memeber of the Miami County HBA's Board of Directors. In 1989, Ferdie Murphy started Castlebrook Appraisals, which concentrates only on appraisal work.
